Blooms

Hello boys and girls, 

This morning there were some bees visiting my sunflowers! Can you see one in the picture?

There are also some blooms on my pumpkin vine. How many pumpkins do you think will grow?

I have little cherry tomatoes ready to eat. Yum! Do you like tomatoes?

Garden critters

Boys and girls. I finally saw a garden snake in my yard today. It slithered away from me very quickly but I managed to take a picture! Can you see it in the grass? It's green and near the wood.

I also have an unknown plant growing by the tomatoes. Do you think it could be a pumpkin vine? I'll have to let you know in a few weeks!

More flowers and different carrots!

Boys and girls, are your sunflowers blooming? I planted a few and I think a chipmunk planted a few too! They are almost ready to bloom! Some will be yellow and some will be burgundy! Can you see the difference in the pictures? There are also some daisies blooming! I hope your gardens are growing too! 

I also wanted to show you some different carrots that I bought at the market! Would you like to eat a purple carrot? They are quite tasty! 

July flowers

Boys and girls, remember when we planted poppies in the fall? I told you that my parents always had poppies growing in their garden. Well there are poppies blooming so I took pictures for you to see real poppies! I will keep some seeds for September.
